I spent my Christmas Holiday at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms were well maintained and housekeeping staff cleaned them every day without us calling them. The hotel is located near the train station which was helpful for our travel needs. The staff were sweet, friendly, and polite. The wooden structure with warm lighting in the rooms made for a cozy atmosphere that perfectly represented our holiday experience.

The food was not up to par, and some of the dishes were a bit bland. The decor of the hotel could also use a bit of an update to match the standard of the service and hospitality provided.
